I am an Integrative Healer, Intuitive Mentor, and Therapeutic Coach guiding the realms of: depth somatics + trauma healing, self-reclamation + whole self embodiment, contemplative practice + deep inner work, energy activation + spiritual empowerment.

I weave together my extensive training in energy healing, somatic therapies, trauma healing, emotional resolution, contemplative arts, and psychotherapy to do transformational healing + coaching work with the beautiful human beings I am here to serve.

Together, we cultivate a loving + safe, yet illuminating + fierce space to access deeper realms within you. We give expression to silenced parts of you and invite protective and adaptive coverings to fall away, allowing for a more essential embodiment of you to shine through. We re-build, re-code, re-calibrate the relationship between the body + the mind, between the psyche + the soma, between the human + the spirit.

my mission

MY MISSON is to serve those ready to live in connection with the whole self. It is a radical revolution to live in connection to one’s spirit whilst being wholly grounded in the human experience. I am here to activate revolutionary leaders and healers who embrace it all.

MY MANIFESTO is that you are your own best healer. There is no replacing you in that equation. I am invested in our relationship as co-travelers on the path and sit alongside you on this journey as both a supportive force and fiercely loving guide.

MY BELIEF is that healing is coming into greater contact with the depths of your infinite nature. Healing has no destination as we are continually awakening to the Truth of who we truly are. Healing is evolving. Evolving is healing. I believe this is why we are here. I am deeply devoted to my own path to be a clear mirror to my clients and serve the collective awakening.

MY SESSIONS are designed to meet you exactly where you are. All of my offerings weave in my extensive training in energy healing, somatic therapies, contemplative arts, and psychotherapy. I am skilled in the art of holding an unconditional, heart-based space that is also dedicated to Truth. We work integratively and holistically.

MY APPROACH is to guide you deeper into yourself. I believe wholeheartedly in the well of wisdom within you. Sessions with me are a compass directing you to the Truth of your being as the source of your unique magic + power.
