You are at the precipice of the most important journey there is — the one into your inner depths. Your journey within will be unknown, but it will not be dark. The path ahead will be illuminated by transformative teachings, insightful trainings, powerful tools + techniques, potent 1:1/group breakthrough healing experiences, and loving community. We, and everything else in this universe, is made of energy. Here we will explore what is happening on an energetic level when we are healing and transforming and how we can work with our energetic nature to promote deeper well-being.

THE EMOTIONAL BODY | WEEKS 05 + 06

Feeling is healing. Working with and understanding our emotions is where profound alchemical shifts and transformation occur. We will learn how to relate to our emotional selves and heal deeply on many layers.

THE WISDOM BODY | WEEKS 07 + 08

Our minds are an incredible piece of technology, yet the mind can feel like our foe without a deep understanding of its inner workings and a connection to our higher mind. We will dive deep into our consciousness.

We are wired for bliss because that's what our innate nature of pure love is. We will explore high spiritual concepts and principles, which coupled with the deep self-knowledge we have gained, will tie our journey together.

A healer is anyone who has healed themselves. There is no final destination to our evolution so we will integrate our journey together to become the embodiment of the healer & learn how to guide others along the way.
