Guided Meditation
Our ever-evolving experience is the ground on which we build our 1:1 Guided Meditation practice together. Each session is an invitation to drop the protective armour we carry and step out of our everyday role so we may explore what is underneath it all. In session, we will work with what is there — in the mental, felt, and physical experience. It is a continual practice to meet ourselves exactly as we are and together we will expand ourselves into the field of spaciousness that meditation exposes us to.
As your guide, I create a safe, nurturing, and integrative space for inner exploration, inquiry, reflection, and ultimately, expansion. The space we create together offers an opportunity for you to illuminate areas of life in which you are feeling blocked or lost, and explore tools that will help bring more clarity and insight.
Given the richness of our inner space and the complexity of our mind-body systems, I work with several modalities to access the inner self — encompassing both a “top-down” and “bottom-up” approach. Oftentimes, we will weave in breath and energy practices too.
Over the course of several sessions, we will work together to formulate a sadhana (practice) that works best for you. Session packages are available & customizable to your needs.
